Entry Level Helpdesk Coordinator

Our client, a mid-sized company with about 500 employees based in Redmond, is looking for an IT Help Desk Coordinator to join their team! You will receive requests for assistance or problem reports from users, perform an initial analysis, and implement the proper escalation to help resolve the issue. You will also be responsible for supporting the purchasing of computers, software, servers and many other IT resources. Procurement experience is a plus.


-Highschool Diploma or GED with 1-4 years related experience. Two to Four years college degree is a strong plus.
-Experience with Microsoft software products such as Outlook, excel and PowerPoint.
-Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
-Excellent customer service attitude is a must.
