In this role, you will work in a team environment, providing troubleshooting and end user support via phone, web, and email. In addition, you will triage support requests, escalate as appropriate, and contribute to their knowledge base and product documentation.

  • 4+ years of experience in Technical/Application Support and related roles
  • Working knowledge of various network and software diagnostic tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS
  • Able to succeed in a fast paced, team environment and work as part of a cohesive team
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
